BellHawk Systems' team of experts provides personalized friendly services to assist its clients to implement operations and materials tracking and traceability systems. This includes assisting clients using BellHawk Online as well as assisting clients with more complex systems that are installed on a client's own Windows Server.

Training and support for our clients in using BellHawk.
Customization of the BellHawk software, including providing custom data collection screens, warnings when operational errors are about to occur, as well as custom reports and dashboards.
Working with client's technical staff and consultants to assist them with implementing real-time data exchange interfaces with other systems.
On-going technical support to ensure that the BellHawk software keeps running reliably.
Expert assistance with analyzing the data captured by BellHawk.
BellHawk Systems' staff works as a team with its clients to provide the skills, know-how, and support services that clients cannot or do not wish to provide internally.
Where minimizing cost is a goal, we encourage clients to do as much of the systems implementation work themselves.
We recognize, however, that many of our clients do not have the needed resources available to perform these tasks and so we make these resources available, on an hourly rates basis, to complement the skills of our clients' implementation teams.
The BellHawk software is an open-architecture platform which incorporates user configurable rules industry standard software components an, such as a SQL Server database, to enable clients to tailor their systems to meet their specific requirements. This includes capturing custom data, generating custom reports and dashboards, printing barcode labels in custom formats, and creating automated data exchange interfaces with a wide variety of other systems. These can all be performed by our clients, or by third party systems integrators, or by BellHawk Systems' technical staff.
Where clients do need support services, these can be purchased from BellHawk Systems on an hourly rates basis in the form of pre-paid Support Services Bundles.
Through its partnership relations with leading manufacturers such as Honeywell, Zebra, Unitech, and their resellers BellHawk Systems can supply all the barcode scanning, printing, and mobile computer equipment needed for these systems. BellHawk Systems also has preferred supplier partners that can manufacture custom barcode labels and other needed supplies.
Sometimes, where BellHawk Systems is providing the project management services, BellHawk Systems will provide all the needed equipment and supplies. At other times these will be provided by BellHawk partners who resell this equipment on a regional basis.
