BellHawk Systems' team of experts provides personalized friendly services to assist its clients to implement real-time operations tracking and management systems. This ranges from assisting clients who are using BellHawk Online with remote support and training to providing complete turnkey operations tracking and management solutions, typically in collaboration with a range of partners.

Turnkey systems implementations always start with a systems design phase, which typically costs $5,000 plus travel costs. In these design phases a member of BellHawk Systems staff comes to the client's site to gather information about the client's operation. This is then used by the BellHawk Systems team to come up with a recommended technology solution and operating procedures.

Sometimes BellHawk Online clients also request design phases to make sure that they are taking the best approach to solving their problems. For those organizations that are new to the technologies involved and how to use them, having a BellHawk expert make recommendations can result in savings of weeks or months off an implementation schedule. Otherwise this time would be spent by their own staff members in a steep learning curve or, even worse, time and money wasted in making bad decisions.

The BellHawk Systems team also works closely with client's IT departments as well as partners who are managing their own BellHawk based systems implementation projects.

  1. Providing expert knowledge and assistance related to license-plate materials tracking and its application to meeting GS1, FDA, DSCSA, and FSMA specifications and requirements.

The BellHawk software is an open-architecture platform which incorporates user configurable rules industry standard software components an, such as a SQL Server database, to enable clients to tailor their systems to meet their specific requirements. This includes capturing custom data, generating custom reports and dashboards, printing barcode labels in custom formats, and creating automated data exchange interfaces with a wide variety of other systems. These can all be performed by our clients, or by third party systems integrators, or with the assistance of  BellHawk Systems' technical staff.

In summary, BellHawk Systems' staff works as a team with its clients to provide the skills, know-how, and support services that clients cannot or do not wish to provide internally.
